All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and posted 48 hour tracked - so expect to receive your item/s approx 5-7 working days after order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

We currently only ship in the UK & post 48 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.

Please contact us at eldr.design@gmail.com if your item/s arrive damaged and we can arrange replacements. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date for a replacement to be issued.

Send us a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging.
